As each quilt is a one-off piece we would be devestated if two customers purchased an item at the same time using an online checkout. To avoid disappointment purchases are made on a first-come-first-serve basis. This ensures that each unique quilt is only sold once.
UK mainland shipping is free for all orders. We will dispatch your order the next working day after your order has been placed via Royal Mail. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way to you.
Until we can find a reliable international shipping firm we are not offering international shipping for orders at this time. It would be a great shame if a bespoke quilt was lost in transit on its way to you.
We've made the choice to not offer commissions at this time. Many of our artists produce their best work when they're free to explore and experiment with new techniques. This means we release quilts as and when they're ready to ensure the artist is proud of their work before we list it for sale.
We either purchase quilts directly from artists for an upfront cost, or we split the proceeds 55% / 45% with the artist after the 14 day returns window has elapsed. Whichever the artist prefers.
If you change your mind we are able to offer full refunds for the first 14 days after your order has been confirmed. Items will need to be returned with their full packaging intact and no damage to the quilt. Returning quilts to us is done at the customer's expense.
